Note on the report of the directors and trustees

The annual report and statement of financial activities for the year ending 31 March 2007 was approved by the directors at their last meeting on 27 September. Subsequent to this meeting the auditors requested changes to the provision we are required to make in the accounts for net pension liabilities. Technically this means that the accounts must be re-approved by the directors before being presented to the annual general meeting on 24 November 2007. The directors will meet immediately prior to the AGM to approve the revised accounts.
