Being a foster family
There's no getting away from the fact that fostering changes family life.
Whether you and your family have been fostering for six months or sixteen years, some guidance on the challenges you will come across as a foster carer can be helpful: such as how to involve your own sons and daughters in a positive way, legal issues, developing your existing skills and acquiring new ones.
There are general resources on this page or use the menu on the right to see more specific topics.
