Ensuring a high quality fostering service – a new support package for managers
The Fostering Network is committed to supporting the delivery of high quality fostering services which help children and young people to do well in life. To achieve this, managers of fostering services need to have in place effective quality assurance systems which help them to always understand how well their service is performing.
The revised fostering regulations, NMS and statutory guidance, as well as the new inspection framework recently launched by Ofsted, all highlight the importance of a robust approach to quality assurance.
Our new support package – exclusively for members of the Fostering Network – has been designed to meet the needs of managers of fostering services and others with a quality assurance role. It is now available to members of the Fostering Network at an introductory price for a limited period.

– Ian Hopkins, Director, Acorn House Fostering.
"Although it is an investment initially, I am really impressed with the pack and also with the support. I would recommend it to any manager at whatever stage they are in their career."
– Caroline Newman, Heath Farm Children’s Services.
