Care Matters: Time for Change - white paper, June 2007
Following the publication of the green paper Care Matters: Transforming the Lives of Children and Young People in Care in October 2006, the Department for Education and Skills has now released a white paper which can be downloaded from www.dfes.gov.uk/publications/timeforchange.
The Fostering Network's response
The Fostering Network sent the Government a response to the Care Matters green paper. The response is based on consultation with our members.
We have also produced a paper summarising the implications of the Care Matters white paper for foster care.
