Foster carers have the ability to make a real difference by using their experiences and commitment to support the Fostering Network’s campaigns. Although you may not realise it foster carers are well placed to influence your local MP, MSP, AM or MLA to help shape the national legislation for foster carers. These representatives can become useful supporters alongside local councilors in tackling issues with your fostering service.
The next twelve months is a vitally important time for foster carers following the launch of the Care Matters so now is the time to get involved in the Fostering Network’s campaigns!
