The case in the Vale of Glamorgan where an 18-year-old boy, placed under an adult placement scheme, has been found guilty of sexually abusing the children of the family he was living with is a tragedy and our thoughts go out to the family involved. However, as the 18-year-old was not in foster care we are unable to comment on this case.
