Recruiting the foster care workforce of the future: a guide for fostering services
This guide identifies the key elements required to recruit foster carers. It draws on evidence from a recent survey of fostering services, follow-up interviews, and a one-day focus group with representatives from local authorities and independent fostering providers, as well as feedback from an ongoing programme of training events, seminars, workshops and conferences.
