Wales committee

The role of the committee is to offer information, support and advice to the Fostering Network Wales in planning, developing and reviewing their work, in the context of the work plan submitted to the Welsh Assembly Government, any other funders and of the strategic and policy direction set by the Fostering Network Board at UK national level.

The committee meets four times a year, and aims to represent the diversity of the Welsh membership of the Fostering Network. At any time it includes at least three current foster carers and one member who was previously fostered.
